Citrus color with golden reflections and a shiny appearance.
Thin aroma of great complexity, highlighting white pulp fruits such as vine peach. Marked by the granitic minerality of our terroir.
In the mouth it reveals a fresh and intense acidity balanced by the linear structure and texture.
Long and persistent aftertaste.
Wine specs
Vinified in stainless steel presses (lagares) with foot treading, fermentation ends in new French oak barrels (300L), followed by a 15 month aging in the same.
